When can I expect to start receiving my monthly box?

 

We ship our boxes between the 15th – 18th. Subscribe by the 14th of the month to receive the current month’s box. Any orders after the 14th will be for the following month.

Example: If you subscribe by September 14th, your first box will be sent out with the September 15-18th shipment. If you order on September 15th, you first box will be sent out with the October 15-18th shipment.

**Please note that ALL boxes including one-time boxes, must be reserved by the 14th to receive the current month box and while supplies last. Boxes will ship during our normal ship run (between the 15th thru the 18th). Unless marked as "Past Box", at which point, your box will ship within 48 hours.


How will my boxes be shipped?

Boxes are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Shipping is $6 per box within the United States, $20 for shipments to Canada, and $29 for International address. The standard shipping window for USPS is 2-5 days, and dependent upon your location. Most of our subscribers receive their packages in about 3 days (international shipping requires longer transit times approx. 1-3 weeks depending on the country's postal services/customs. Some instances may require a tax on customs, this is at the responsibility of the subscriber).

One-time purchases from our site’s shop, not including monthly subscriptions, gifted, pre-paid or one-time box options, will be shipped within 48 hours of payment, shipping cost will be calculated at check out. One-time boxes marked as "Past Boxes" will ship with in 48 hours.


When will I be charged?

Your 1st box will be charged immediately at check out. Month to Month subscriptions will automatically renew on the 25th of each month. For Multi-Month Pre-Paid subscriptions, you will be billed immediately at check out, and your subscription will automatically renew based on your subscription length. Gift options do not auto-renew.


Yes! Monthly, 3 and 6 Month Pre-Paid subscriptions auto-renew on the 25th of each month. Gift subscription do not auto-renew.

Does my subscription auto-renew?


How do I cancel my subscription?

It will break our hearts to see you go, but you may cancel your subscription at anytime.

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into the MinxLit site using your membership credentials, your subscription will cease at the end of your subscription cycle. You may also cancel by sending your request to support@minxlit.com or reach us via the Contact page.

Any cancellation after the 5th of the month will not be refunded. The subscriber will receive one last box, and then will no longer be subscribed to the MinxLit service.

Pre-paid subscriptions must be canceled by the 14th of the current month to receive a refund of any remaining unfulfilled boxes.


I want to order a gift subscription. How will this work and how will they know that I sent it?

You will place your order the same as you would a normal subscription. During the ordering process, you will provide the email address, mailing address, and name of the person receiving the gift. We will forward the recipient an email with the details of the order and include a special note from you to them.

Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew. If the recipient wishes to remain a Minx Lit subscriber, they are welcome to visit our site and subscribe. 


What is the refund policy?

Subscription boxes CAN NOT be returned. We are unable to accept returns on one-time, month to month, or pre-paid subscription boxes, regardless of whether it has been opened or not. Please check out our social media profiles and newsletters for details on sneak peeks, to help you determine if you would like to skip a box that doesn’t interest you.

If you receive a damaged item, we ask that you Contact Us and we will gladly send you a replacement.

One-time product purchases, not including any of the subscription, one-time, or past box options that are made from our site, can be returned within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and not provided by MinxLit.


What is the value of each box?

The value of each box will vary from month to month. We aim to provide a standard retail value of $55-$70 or more. We scout the high quality products and services from small businesses, shops, designers, and service providers.


Can I use multiple coupon codes at checkout?

We can only accept one coupon code at a time.


I am already subscribed to Minx Lit, but there is a discount code for the next month. Can I use the code?

Monthly website promotions are for 1st time subscribers only. You may not utilize a "New Subscriber" discount on an established account. Existing members will receive exclusive offers and opportunities to receive discounts and credits towards their membership.


Can I redeem a coupon code on a previous order?

We run promotions at different times to encourage engagement with our brand. If you subscribe to one of our subscription options and we offer a "New Subscriber" discount within 48 hours of your purchase, you may request an adjustment by emailing us at support@minxlit.com or visit our Contact page.


How do I skip a month?

You may skip a month by logging into your account and changing your renewal date. You may also skip my sending a note via email to support@minxlit.com or by visiting our Contact page.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure that you are submitting shipping information to a secure and safe location to receive your packages.
